Minimalism, the Philosophy and Practice with Diana Olynick!

I was blown away, once again, this time by Diana Olynick who is a minimalist, and so much more! She talks about the minimalist philosophy, which is beautiful and quite an important reminder for all of us. If she can be a minimalist while raising two young children, we have no excuses. Diana also touches on labels and how they limit us. She rewards us with her delightful sense of humor and huge heart. I can't wait for you to meet her! And as always, I am learning more from the people I interview than I ever thought possible!

Circus Fitness - You're Never Too Old to Fly! - KA Solocast

I talk about my personal journey of working out as a non-professional circus aerialist, handstander and contortionist. I can't "truly" be called any of those labels as I'm a complete novice but I have been doing circus consistently for 11 years and have learned more about myself and my body than ever before.
