Wednesday Jun 23, 2021
Wednesday Jun 23, 2021
AUA #30 - Today I talk to Rebecca Blair @rebecca_blair about minimalism. We start from the beginning of her journey to now. Why she became a minimalist, how it extended from the size of her house to every aspect of her life. She covers what it's like to gently nudge her three year old into the direction of minimalism and how well her daughter responds. Rebecca also touches on all the positive aspects minimalism has had on her life, from quitting a high stress career and moving into something she loves, digital minimalism and how her friends and family have responded.

World Nomad Nora Dunn; The Professional Hobo | Episode 29
Sunday Jun 13, 2021
Sunday Jun 13, 2021
Nora Dunn (aka The Professional Hobo) is one of the original Lifestyle Travel Bloggers, having sold everything she owned in 2006 to travel full-time. She traveled full-time for 12 years. Specializing in slow travel, Nora has lived in and traveled through over 60 countries. Her travel experiences range from sublime to absurd to downright terrifying. She survived three natural disasters, three tropical diseases (apparently these things come in three’s), a near-fatal accident, passport theft, and more breakups than she’d care to admit to. She also saved over $100,000 getting free accommodation around the world.
